what sweetener do you use?
we only use raw, unfiltered citrus blossom honey. never refined sugar, syrups, or artificial alternatives.
is your chocolate dairy-free?
yes. our chocolate contains no dairy whatsoever. each recipe is made with plant based creams like coconut or oat, depending on the flavor. we take every precaution to prevent cross contact, but our kitchen is not yet certified dairy free, so we cannot guarantee the absence of trace amounts.
is your chocolate vegan?
we don’t use dairy, but we do use honey and ghee, which some vegans choose to avoid. we describe our products as plant based and honey sweetened.
is your chocolate gluten free?
yes. always. we use only gluten free certified ingredients and never include gluten based binders or additives. however, our atelier is not yet certified gluten free, so we can’t guarantee the absence of trace contact but we’re working toward it.
are your products free of preservatives or stabilizers?
yes. every ingredient has a purpose. we never use gums, preservatives, or synthetic stabilizers. just whole, clean ingredients.
where is your honey from?
our raw honey is sourced from rescued hives in tamaulipas, méxico. it's floral, delicate, and harvested with care.
are your ingredients organic?
while not all ingredients are certified organic, we source as clean, local, and thoughtfully as possible. prioritizing small scale producers and wild or raw ingredients wherever we can.
how should i store the chocolate?
we recommend refrigerating your bars to preserve texture and freshness. just let them come to room temperature for about twenty minutes before indulging. if you prefer, you can also keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
how long do the chocolates last?
because we don’t use preservatives, we recommend enjoying your bars within six months. that said, they tend to disappear much sooner.
are your boxes reusable?
yes. our linen-wrapped boxes and envelopes are designed to be kept, repurposed, and gifted again. a ritual in themselves.
