standard orders are typically processed between two to three business days.

expedited orders are processed next-day, if placed before two pm est. 

 

please note that in some countries, parcels may be subject to import duty / tax upon receipt, depending on the purchase price. we are not responsible for their payment and in case of return of the parcel, the shipping cost and duties/taxes are not refundable.

we currently ship ups for international orders. duties and taxes will be marked “bill to recipient” and will be due upon delivery. 

we do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. no exceptions.
